Join the Men of Compass Bible Church Tustin for our 2026 Men's Retreat. We are headed back Palm Springs where you can find rest, relaxation, recreation and most importantly, the teaching of God's Word. After spending the year studying the dangers of idolatry in our monthly workshops, we will spend our time at the retreat studying the jealousy of God and how we ought to worship him alone! Please join us for an exciting weekend in Palm Springs.

PASTOR MIKE ELLIOTT
SENIOR PASTOR
Mike grew up in a Pastor’s home where he was taught the word of God and the importance of the Church. During his Sophomore year of college he felt the call to ministry and has pursued the pastorate ever since. He graduated with a Biblical Studies degree from Liberty University, and most recently he received his Master of Divinity (2009) and Master of Theology (2011) from The Master’s Seminary in Sun Valley, California. Mike is married to Andrea and they have five sons: Miles, Trenton, Wesley, Hudson and Knox.
PASTOR MATT FABAREZ
STAFF PASTOR
Matt was born and raised in Orange County, attending Compass Aliso Viejo since its inception. In high school, God saved him and gave him a desire to serve the church full-time. He graduated from Boyce College (Louisville, KY) with a Bachelor's in Biblical Studies as well The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (Louisville, KY) with a Masters of Divinity in Biblical and Theological Studies. Matt and his wife Karina have two sons, Levi and Ezra.

Nathaniel was born and raised in Southern California and has been attending Compass Bible Church since high school. He received a BS in Aeronautical Engineering from Cal State Long Beach and is currently pursuing his MDiv. He has been active in Children’s Ministry at Compass since 2010, serving as a teacher, small group leader, and ministry leader. He has a passion for taking every opportunity to partner with parents in teaching the truth of God's word to their children. He and Elise, his wife since 2013, have three children, Abigail, Silas, and Eden.
