Compass Women, please join us for our Annual Women’s Retreat on September 25-27, 2025, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Golf Resort Palm Springs. We are thrilled to announce our retreat theme, "Soul Sisters: Deepening Our Commitment to the Family of God." You won't want to miss this retreat as we delve into the Scriptures to discover the significant benefits and deep commitment we share as sisters in God's family.

This retreat is a unique opportunity to take a break from our daily routines and come together to be encouraged, equipped, and strengthened in our faith. We understand that there's a lot to coordinate, from arranging carpooling and childcare to saving up for the retreat's cost. However, we encourage you that every bit of effort will be worth it to get this precious time with the Lord and your sisters.

We are now accepting registrations, and the deadline for registration is September 11th, 2025. Please note that registration will be closing on that date, so make sure to sign up before then. 

Registration includes two nights hotel room, four meals, take-home gift, and parking.

The mission of Women's Ministry at Compass Tustin is rooted in our overall mission as a church. We seek to direct our attention Upward as we love God, live obediently to all he has commanded, and grow in our knowledge of him (Colossians 1:10); we seek to move Inward in deep and meaningful relationships with one another so that we might spur one another on to love and good deeds (Hebrews 10:24-25); and we seek to move Outward, to share the good news of the gospel with our community (Matthew 28:19-20).

Each element of Women's Ministry at Compass Tustin is tied to one or more of our directional missions. Compass Women meet for monthly women's workshops throughout the school year, where we learn from the Bible and seek to apply it to our lives (Upward and Inward). The Spring Tea and Christmas with Compass Women events are beloved traditions that allow us to invite the ladies in our lives to join us for an event with a gospel focus (Inward and Outward). Our annual retreat provides us a few days of rest, away from the busyness of life, as we dive deep into God's word and deepen our relationships with one another (Upward and Inward). And finally, our Navigating Motherhood outreach ministry meets on Tuesdays throughout the school year, and we provide a free morning of breakfast, childcare, and relevant teaching on motherhood for the women in our community (Outward).
